5-Day Marrakech to Merzouga Sahara Desert Tour

Day 01 :

Marrakech_- Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Gorges

Our Marrakech trip starts with Yalla atv Merzouga driver , who will pick up you from your local hotel or riad, and we travel towards Dades Gorges and we pass through Tizi n'Tichka in the high Atlas Mountains and have short stops to take some photos. We will visit the Ait Benhaddou village which is recognized by UNESCO as a world patrimony. It is also the best place for famous cinema directors.and then continue our day enjoying the beautiful natural landscapes of Roses Valley, which is known by Festival of roses. In Dades Gorges we stay here to spent in local hotel.

Day 02 :

Dades Gorges – Erfoud - Merzouga

Today we head to Merzouga ,famous for the highest sand dunes- called Erg Chebbi Sahara desert . We will visit Erfoud , Rissani , and we pass the green oasis of palm trees of Ziz –Tafilalet and the black Hamada before arriving to Merzouga. From here we ride camels in the sand dunes. We will spend the night in an equipped camp in the middle of the Sahara! This is a cool opportunity to take pictures of the sunset and sunrise in Sahara desert.

Day 03 :

Merzouga desert tour 4x4 and Camel Excursion

After an early breakfast in the dunes, we ride the camels back to the hotel. Today we will have tour around Merzouga , we will also visit market in Rissani.

Day 04 :

Merzouga - Agdez - Ouarzazate

After an early breakfast we continue our Morocco tour . We will pass though oasis of Rissani and few Berber towns , also oasis of Nkoub , Draa Valley. We will continue to Ouarzazate where we stay overnight in local riad/hotel.

Day 05 :

Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Today you will drive to explore Draa Valley, Agdz, Ouarzazate and interesting kasbahs along the way. Our Morocco tour finish in Marrakech afternoon.
